Since the first post last year a lot have changed. Last September after a good few years of me thinking, pondering of the possibility to go to University I have decided to make a move again.
As a side note it’s worth to mention that I have been accepted to start Uni in 2019 but because of Covid-19 restriction that been put in place I couldn’t even start because all flights between UK and Poland has been ceased.
Not to go into a much details - last September I’ve started 2 undergraduate studies.
I study a Human Resources Management and Services at (CTSS) Collage of Theology and Social Sciences in Warsaw as well as an Evangelical Theology at (ChAT) Christian Theological Academy in Warsaw. If everything will go smoothly in 2 years I will get 2 bachelor degrees than having a glimpse of my future - will pursuit to do masters in Decentralised Finances and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Let me be abundantly, cleaster clear with you - I had no idea how challenging that’s gonna be but I’m doing my best and I know that despite difficulties I will succeed.
At the back of my head I have often words of Sir. Peter J. Daniels saying that he
“never had a disadvantage to go to University “
but I have a picture where God wants me to go and I need to prepare myself to it.
That is the very reason why I have decided to use that blog as a tool to document that journey.
The idea is to document not to create.
I know that I need to focus on collecting a documentation of data what works, why and how rather then a polished words for the blog with perfect gramma and language structure. English isn’t my first language and I know that there always will be something… So the journey than I believe I will learn and have a solid base to become a leader.
I remember that Sir. Peter J. Daniels quoted in 2006 at the conference in Koszalin that great giant of history Abraham Lincoln.
So - If I could vocalise the direction I’m facing would be something like:
Research and active student of the servant leadership model with practical application how to create, lead and manage successful communities online.
For now that is it. I need to establish the way of writing which is short. Raw post that is a seed.
At the end I want to thank everyone who signed up to that blog in the span of last 11 months. Me constantly receiving new e-mail of new subscribers kept encouraging me of a need to despite any adversaries - not giving up on the idea of me becoming a leader. At this particular time I’m in the middle of writing an essay of the servant leadership and the desperate need for those that will lead the way.
As my preparation process I’ve decided to come back to astonishing book of Sir Peter J. Daniels that treat the very essence of the subject. Highly recommend.
May God bless you and protect you.
